Lead-times made to order furniture Due to the pandemic, the producers of our made to order products are a bit behind on schedule. We don’t want to hurry them, as they need their time to create high-quality furniture. For that reason, it might take around two weeks extra for them to finish your new FEST item. Please take this into account when ordering made to order products.
Lead-times in-stock products Due to the pandemic, the producers of our in-stock products are a bit behind on schedule. At the same time, the demand is higher than expected. This combination causes products to be temporarily out of stock. We are working hard to re-stock all products.
Delivery You might have noticed that all parcel services are super busy. Make sure to place your orders in time to avoid disappointment by any delays.
Shipment of smaller products (home decor and small furniture):
It might take up to six days for your webshop order to arrive.
Do you live in Amsterdam or Utrecht? Lucky you! Ring one of our stores and we will personally deliver your order within 24hrs.
Shipments of (large) furniture
The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: we still offer full-service delivery. Our delivery staff will keep all Covid rules in mind.
